About Me

The Flying Endorphin: Over the past few years I have developed a passion for fitness, dance and living each day having fun along the way. In March of 2009 I became a WeightWatchers lifetime member loosing 25 lbs. I learned how to eat right without feeling deprived or turning to fad diets that never work. In Sept 2010, I certified as a Zumba instructor. I love connected with people and teaching has given me an opportunity to share this passion for music and dance with others. I am also AFAA certified. Im the proud Mom of four darlings that keep me on my toes.
